Are there any discounts for more than one band on the same night?

Of Course!!
I will need to know how long the sets are going to be and how many bands am i going to be recording….

Do we need any permision from the venue to record the gig?

Yes we do!
But I will deal with it. I will contact the promoters and the sound engineers who run the event and i will talk to them about our intentions to record that gig. 99% of the gigs is OK, but it worth confirm about your recording at least a week in advance to polish off the details.

 

How long does it take to set up your gear?

It normally takes about 2 hours. That’s why I like to get to the venue a couple of hours before the sound guy does, so when he (she) comes, everything is ready for the sound check

 

How long do you usually take to mix and master the recordings?

I try to hand my mixes out as soon as I feel there are ready. It may take a couple of days or a week, but I try to hand in no more than a week. I now you guys are really looking forward to get the live album on your hands!!
